All teachers are degreed and certified in special education and continue to attend updating workshops and conferences that broaden and enrich their teaching techniques.  A teacher assistant is assigned full time to each classroom.

The faculty at Our Lady of Confidence Day School consists of one principal, one administrative assistant and eight broadly trained and fully certified teachers who have specific qualifications for the work they are asked to do with our students. Our professional educators continually take advantage of staff development opportunities and expand their knowledge and expertise by networking with agencies and others in this specific field of education. They have also sought training in the latest technology in order to be able to offer current technology to their students. In addition, the teachers partner with the parents in promoting the well being and best learning practices for each student. There is a wholesome, healthy relationship with parents which fosters good behavioral as well as academic growth of the children and young adults participating in our school program.

Our staff consists of one secretary, eight teacher assistants, ten auxiliary personnel and several classroom volunteers. The staff actively supports our teachers and assists in meeting the individual needs of our students.
